A:minimum order quantity:
Our brand: 200 pcs ( existing models with our brand)
OEM: 500 pcs ( existing models with your brand)
ODM: 1000 pcs ( new models with your brand)

B:lead time:
Sample: 3-5 working days upon receipt the payment of sample charge
Goods: the delivery time is based on the ordered quantity. Generally, the production will be completed within 15-30 days upon receipt the 30% deposit. The goods will be shipped in the next day upon receipt the balance payment.

C:Goods return:

If the goods return rate for the repair is less than 5 %, please send back the goods to our factory in China. All shipping costs will be at our client's charge.

If the goods return rate for the repair exceeds 5%, please send back the defective goods to our factory in China. All the shipping costs will be at our company's charge. 

D:The quality warranty:
Free exchange of the defective goods within 3 months.
Free repair of the defective goods within 1 year.

E:Shipment:

• by express courier ( DHL, FEDEX, TNT, ect.): it takes 3-5 working days
• by air : it takes 5-7 working days.
• by sea : it takes 15-30 working days. The shipment by sea is suitable for the big quantity.

F:Price terms:
FOB HK, DDU and CIF etc.

G:Payment terms:
30% deposit upon order confirmation, balance against clean inspection report.
